PEER Community Programme
A 6-month long structured community mentorship programme that aims to provide support, encouragement and positive role models for secondary school students through carefully curated activities that are focused on experiential learning and developmental relationships with assigned mentors.

Programme structure
Two concurrent programmes each year (between February - August) held in Woodlands and Tampines, with the support of M3@Woodlands and M3@Tampines respectively
6-month mentoring programme consisting of carefully curated activities with embedded mentoring elements
Runs bi-weekly every Saturday
Activities
Activities will alternate between the following
Full group activities
Physical (e.gs., trekking, bowling) and reflective activities (e.g., art jamming)
Community activities
Activities which promote a deeper understanding of community issues in Singapore (e.g., food drives, rental flats assistance, environmental conservation)
Girls/boys social activities
Gender-segmentation allows for different conversations and experiences, as mentees may feel more comfortable in such environments
Squad outings
Self-planned activities within their mentor-mentee group
